By creating an account or using Room Reveal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Room Reveal provides AI-powered room visualization using a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating room ideas (Gemini), images (Imagen), and video walkthroughs (Veo).

3. Credits and Payments

Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits on subscription plans roll over for up to 3 months. One-time credit packs do not expire. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription plans.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not: upload illegal or harmful content; attempt to reverse-engineer our AI integrations; use the service to generate content that violates third-party rights; resell access to the platform.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of AI-generated content created through Room Reveal. By uploading images, you grant us a limited license to process them for generation purposes only. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. Limitation of Liability

Room Reveal is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for AI output quality, business decisions made based on visualizations, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability is the amount paid in the past 3 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by EU law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the EU jurisdiction where we are registered.
